Shipping & Returns

Everything ships in one box, US only. Free once your order's over $75, and it's a flat $7 under that. We pack it the same way whether it's one pair of socks or a full flavor's worth: tissue, the card, the lid marked by hand.

Wrong size is close to the only reason anything comes back to us, so here's the deal: tell us within 30 days if the fit's off and we'll exchange it, free, no restocking fee, no argument. We'd rather you skate in the right pair than keep our return numbers clean.

If you wore them outside and they picked up a scuff, that's not a return, that's a boot doing its job. We're not going to pretend otherwise.

Apparel comes back within 30 days too, unworn with tags on. Refund or flavor swap, your call.

Sale items and the Merit Badges are final. Iron-on patches don't come back off clean.

Wholesale and shop orders run on their own terms, email us and we'll sort it out directly. That side of things is small enough that it's not worth a policy of its own.
